Ingredients:
Separate the cauliflower heads and boil for a few minutes in salted water.
Leave the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes, then remove the skins and cut them into crescents or fry them separately in vegetable oil for a few minutes (I do the latter).
Beat the egg, add milk, salt, pepper, chopped dill and grated cheese.
Coat the pan with vegetable oil and arrange the cauliflower in it, filling the gaps with tomatoes, and finally pour the egg mixture on top.
Place in the oven and leave until the cheese melts and the egg is cooked.
